FMT® Brand Heavy Duty Mechanical Power Presses are coming in PILLAR /”H” frame versions from 30 ton to 500 ton capacity in most economical type of construction with several std./optional features such as manual/auto lubrication systems, knockouts electronics safety, Single/Double or Un-geared versions as also Pneumatic feeders/straightness & decoilers for automatic Purpose.
Frame: The frame is fabricated from solid steel plate with heavy cross ribbing. The structure is designed for perfectly balanced distribution of stress over the cross-section, eliminating deflection and vibration, resulting in increased tool and machine life.
Clutch: The clutch is made of EN8D/EN9. The rolling key is manufactured from EN24 material and heat-treated for trouble-free long life and continuous stroke for mass production.
Crank Shaft: The crankshaft is made of EN8D/EN9, precisely machined to grind finish, and fitted in bronzed bushes for smooth working, longer life, and accuracy.
Adjustable Stroke: The unique feature of adjustable stroke enables the press to perform all kinds of operations by employing short stroke for blanking and forming operations.
Flywheel: Properly sized flywheel made of high-grade cast iron for storing and releasing adequate energy for pressing operations, ensuring smooth running.
Gears: Gears are made of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machines.
Ram Slide: Ram Slides is made from seasonal high grade casting duly ground for friction free travel through sides, ensuring longer life of die and easy operation.
Bed: Bed is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned & properly aligned with ram to obtain high accuracy and precise press operation.
Lubrication: Oil cups & Grease point are provided for lubricating the siding surfaces & moving parts. 50 ton & above manual lubrication system provided.Also Automatic lubrication system offered against request.
